Heritage Days Coloring Contest FREE: due Sat June 10th

Prizes for top entries by age category, due Sat June 10th at Nibley City Hall (entries may a be dropped off in the utility drop box). Entries will be displayed in the windows of the Gym at Heritage Elementary (925 W 3200 S).

5K Run $ and FREE Mile/Kids Runs: on Sat June 10th 8 am

Start our week-long celebration with a professionally timed 5K walk/run, that includes fun creative prize categories and an exceptional raffle, all at an affordable price, on a beautiful course. Our streamlined check-in, finish bag pick-up, and awards/raffle along with a well marked course,are just the experience every runner appreciates. Disc Golf Tournament Recreation tournanement FREE

• Will be held at @Sunrise Meadows disc golf course (1200 W. 2500 S. Nibley) and or @Ridgeline High School disc golf course (180 N 300 W Millville)

This exciting show is set on & in the deep blue sea, complete with a plethora of pirates, magical mermaids, rabid rats, clickity-crabs and beautiful jellyfish. Join Billy, the Misfit Pirate as he tries to make his way in the cutthroat world of piracy. Things get complicated when he accidentally catches a mermaid in his fishing net. His pirate parents are thrilled because pirates hate mermaids. Will Billy be able to convince them that the mermaids are good? Will the mermaids learn to trust the pirates? Come and find out!

Parade: Sat June 17th @ 10:00 am FREE

Everyone loves a parade, see bands, floats, classic cars and more in the Nibley Heritage Days parade. You’ll probably go home with a lot of candy too. We will have a slightly different parade route this year so be sure you are in the right place to enjoy all the entries.

Family Festivities: Sat June 17th @ 11:00 am – 2:00 pm FREE activities, items to purchase $

Bring the whole family along and enjoy an afternoon of FREE interactive games and activities. Take a pony ride, play Gaga, and play games and activities pioneers played when the valley was settled. Several other exciting experiences are in store at this event, and we always add something new and different, watch social media for some big announcements. Be sure to catch our annual Beard Contest to see some of the best of Nibley in all their glory. Buy your lunch and a treat from delicious food vendors and shop at fun boutique booths. Parking is available at Logan Coach and Nibley Elementary School.

Heritage Days Beard and Moustache Contest FREE

During: Family Festivities Sat June 17th @ 12:30 pm:

LIVE and in person at the pavilion, contestents will write up their story to be read by the emcee or may opt to personally tell their own story in 1 min or less. Spots are limited to 10 entries this year so we suggest pre-registering when it opens. The contest is judged by former grand champions and others. Contestants will compete for themed prizes including tools, grilling supplies, thick cut bacon, cheese balls, and more including memberships to several local attractions. Be sure to finish off that facial hair on or before June 18th and be ready to share your story. Top contestants will be able to display a lawn sign in front of their home celebrating their acheivement that will stay in place well after Fathers day for all to see and recognize their acheivement.
