Games: for outdoor programs will games begin between mid-May and, depending on the league will to until the middle to the end of June. Some of the older leagues include end of season tournaments typically early July, however, we always avoid the 4th of July weekend.

Practice Schedule: is established by the team coach(s).

Team Formation: We want to make the season fun for all participants. To make it fun, games need to be competitive. To make games competitive, teams need to have a balance of skill level. Teams will be created by Nibley City staff. Players will be divided by skill level, pitching, catching, and other factors including player skill ratings from previous seasons will be considered by the recreation staff in creating team rosters.

Buddy/Coach Requests: Requests for coaches and teammates will be honored as much as possible, but are not guaranteed. Buddy requests are most likely to be honored if both players request to play with each other. (i.e. Brayden requests Cameront and Cameron requests Brayden.) Major & Pony Leagues do not allow buddy requests.

Refunds: If the entire season needs to be cancelled by Nibley City Recreation for this program for unforeseen circumstances (including local health restrictions), a full refund will be given to all participants. Partial season cancelations by Nibley City for the same reasons will merit a partial refund. Participant initiated refunds are subject to cancelation fees outlined in the registration terms.
