Nibley City has authorized Staker Parson Companies to complete some road work in the early morning
- When: Monday, July 29, 2024
- Time: 5:00 a.m.. and throughout the remainder of the day
- Where: 1200 West from 2980 South to 2500 South
- Work to be performed: Asphalt Paving
- Noise to be expected: Light and heavy construction equipment, back up alarms, general construction noise.
Nibley City apologizes for this early morning interruption. Given the scope of the project, along with the opportunity to limit the overall impact to Nibley City citizens, Nibley City has granted a temporary exception to its noise regulations (NCC 7.16.020.C).
