Norm Larsen

Norman grew up on a farm in Salem, Idaho, near Rexburg. His Senior year in high school, he entered a skills competition at Rick’s College and won a scholarship in their Automotive Small business Management program. While attending Rick’s College, he met his wife, Charlotte. After graduating, they moved to Logan so she could attend Utah State University to further her education in music. In 1998, they moved to Nibley, where they are raising their five children.

In 2000, Norman bought an automotive repair shop in Logan and called it CarSmart Automotive Repair. In 2009 he started CarSmart in Smithfield, and in 2015 he opened CarSmart in Hyrum. The thing Norman enjoys most about the repair business is helping people. Norman has been serving as Nibley’s representative on the Cache Valley Transit District board of directors since 2015. He is excited to serve the community in Nibley on the City Council.
