Quick Reference:
Weather NOTIFICATION (Game Cancelation/Field Closure): plan on a game unless notified by a Nibley City Coordinator regardless of the forecast. Weather/field condition related cancelations are determined at or before 4 pm the day of the game. Notification will be a text or phone call from a Nibley City coordinator to coaches. Thank you for promptly communicating with the parents of your team. Time permitting, Nibley City may also send notification to the parent that registered the player.

As a part of our League motto “Play Smart” please help the players learn a few plays prior to the scheduled Scrimmage/Games.
Award Certificates: (optional)
Mid-season, and end of season special award certificates for individual players are are available upon request and can be printed for you to pick up at Nibley City Hall (a few days notice is appreciated). Although these certificates will NOT be required to receive a coach discount this year, we still highly recommend using them to build confidence in your players, and to show them you appreciate their efforts.
Games/Scrimmages & Officiating
This is a RECREATION level flag football league.
Our objective: is to offer an affordable developmental football experience where participants can learn the basics, in a non-competitive environment. Games are more of a scrimmage format with the coaches officiating and teaching players throughout the scheduled time frame (for 5th/6th & 7th-9th grade leagues only, a Referee is utilized to assist the coaches in managing the game). Thank you for supporting the players, referees, and the coaches and teams with a positive attitude and approach, while helping to create a fun learning environment for the participants.
