Tom Bernhardt

Tom graduated from USU in August of 2000 with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. He then took a job with a large defense contractor in the Dallas, TX area. While living there and working full time he attended SMU and obtained a Master's Degree in Software Engineering. Tom and his family lived there until October of 2007. In October 2007 he took a job with the Space Dynamics Laboratory and he and his family moved to Nibley in December of 2007. He currently is a Program Manager at the Space Dynamics Laboratory.

Tom is thankful for the opportunity to serve the citizens of Nibley and is looking forward to working with the City Council and employees of the city. He recognizes the importance of the decisions made by the City Council because not only will they affect citizens today but they will also affect the citizens of Nibley for many years to come.

The mission of Nibley City is to make life better for its citizens by fostering community cooperation so residents, businesses, and government work together to develop the City in harmony with its natural environment, historical surroundings, and in accordance with the values and vision of the community as set forth in the General Plan. The City will provide fiscally sound municipal services for a safe, attractive, creative, and viable community.
