Nathan Laursen

I was born and raised in Nibley, and have been a resident of the city for 26 years.  I have served as an elected officer, non-profit board member and volunteer for numerous school, community and national organizations where I manage budgets, create legislatin, and work closely with other individuals and organizations.  I earned dual-bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Jouralism from Utah State University in 2009 and just completed a master degree this year.

Mission Statement

The mission of Nibley City is to make life better for its citizens by fostering community cooperation so residents, businesses, and government work together to develop the City in harmony with its natural environment, historical surroundings, and in accordance with the values and vision of the community as set forth in the General Plan. The City will provide fiscally sound municipal services for a safe, attractive, creative, and viable community.
