The Family Place

The Family Place is located at 380 West 1400 North in Logan, Utah. The Family Place offers the tools and support services needed by parents to raise their children. Services include therapy/counseling, education and The Kids Place, which offers respite care and a children's shelter.  Education includes classes for parents and children. Bear River Health Department

The Bear River Health Department provides basic public health services for residents in Utah's three northernmost counties - Cache, Rich, and Box Elder. It is committed to improving the health of all individuals in the community. The Department's mission includes: preventing and controlling disease and disability; protecting the individual, community, and environment; and promoting, maintaining, and improving healthy lifestyles. Know-More is a program designed to educate youth on ways to deal with common teen issues and to stay safe and healthy. Healthy Utah

Healthy Utah is an employee wellness program sponsored by Public Employees Health Program (PEHP). Their primary goal is to enhance the well-being of people by increasing awareness of health risks and healthy lifestyle choices, providing support in making healthy lifestyle choices, and helping agencies develop supportive workplace environments that support health. Partnership for Prescription Assistance

The Partnership for Prescription Assistance brings together America's pharmaceutical companies, doctors, other health care providers, patient advocacy organizations, and community groups to help qualifying patients who lack prescription coverage get the medicines they need through public and private programs. Through this site, the Partnership for Prescription Assistance offers a single point of access to more than 475 public and private patient assistance programs, including more than 180 programs offered by pharmaceutical companies.
