For your safety and theirs please follow instructions and plan ahead 
What are they doing?: Dominion Energy is marking utilities and maping the best placement for an underground utility line
What to expect:  there will be utiitiy marking (paint marks) along 3200 South and traffic control flaggers slowing and stopping traffic as equipment is used to determine the best route for future underground utilities.
How long will this take:  it depends on how the project goes
What type of utility line will be installed next year?: a gas line to keep up with the demand for our cold winters

Notice is hereby given that the Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to consider a proposed Ordinance 18-04: A Proposed Rezone Application for Parcel 03-008-0001, located at approximately 1200 W and 2200 S, to Rezone the Parcel from Agricultural and Residential R-2A to Residential R-2.

This Public Hearing will be held on March 15, 2018 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard. The Public Hearing will be located at Nibley City Hall at 455 W 3200 S.

Sewer CoverNibley City’s sewer rate will increase starting on the utility bill you will receive in April. Residential sewer rates will increase from $42.00 per month to $50.00 per month. Commercial and industrial sewer rates will see a similar increase. The primary reason for this increase is due to rates charged to Nibley City by Logan City for wastewater treatment.
