The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed adjustment on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 6 p.m. at Nibley City Hall 455 W 3200 S in Nibley.
The City Council will adjust the boundary unless, at or before the public hearing, written protests to the adjustment are filed by the owners of private real property, located within the area proposed for adjustment, representing at least 25% of the total private land area and equal in value to at least 15% of the value of all private real property within the area proposed for adjustment.
