JUB Engineering will be performing surveying work to confirm property and Right-of-Way lines along the following Nibley city streets:
 
2600 S: Highway 165 to 600 West
640 W: 3200 S to 4000 S
800 W: 2200 S to 3200 S
 
 
The purpose of the survey is to confirm where property and Right-of-Way lines are to assist in future planning in these areas. 
 
Please DO NOT DISTURB property stakes, flags or pins.

For your safety and theirs please follow instructions and plan ahead 
What are they doing?: Dominion Energy is marking utilities and maping the best placement for an underground utility line
What to expect:  there will be utiitiy marking (paint marks) along 3200 South and traffic control flaggers slowing and stopping traffic as equipment is used to determine the best route for future underground utilities.
How long will this take:  it depends on how the project goes
What type of utility line will be installed next year?: a gas line to keep up with the demand for our cold winters

Nibley City will hold public hearings to receive public input regarding the Fiscal Years 17/18 and 18/19 Annual Budgets and increasing the compensation of elected and statutory officers on Thursday, May 17, at 6:30 p.m. at Nibley City Hall at 455 W 3200 S in Nibley.

Sewer CoverNibley City’s sewer rate will increase starting on the utility bill you will receive in April. Residential sewer rates will increase from $42.00 per month to $50.00 per month. Commercial and industrial sewer rates will see a similar increase. The primary reason for this increase is due to rates charged to Nibley City by Logan City for wastewater treatment. Please see the letter below for more details.
