Due to an equipment failure, the pavement maintenance company resurfacing Nibley roads needs to reschedule pavement maintenace on Johnson Road and in Elkhorn Ranch. The work will be rescheduled to next week and new notices will be distributed to the areas affected next week. Roads are open at this time and you may water your yards. If you have questions, please call Nibley City at 752-0431.

Nibley City is seeking proposals from qualified attorneys or legal firms for a municipal prosecutor. The deadline for submitting proposals is August 15, 2019, at 5:00 PM. Details about the RFP can be found here.

Update as of July 31, 2019: No questions were submitted by the deadline.
