COMMUNITY FUN RUN / 8:30 am / Heritage Park FREE
Start the week-long celebration with a non-competitive, self-timed, community walk/run on a beautiful course. Enjoy our standard 5K and 1-mile courses and a fun new lap run format (Speedway Tracks) for kids 12 and under. The top 3 male and female finishers for each course will receive awards. All participants may enter an A la Carte Raffle for prizes. Liability forms are available online. Check in well before 8:30 a.m A FREE sunrise Yoga class is also available at the park @ 7:30 am
DISC GOLF TOURNAMENT / 10:30 am Registration / 11:00 am Play Begins / Sunrise Meadows Disc Golf Course 1200 W. 2500 S. FREE
The tournament begins at Sunrise Meadows, is single format play and is for everyone–regardless of experience. Discs can be provided if needed. Preregistration is preferred at www.infinitediscs.com. Expect great prizes and a raffle. Infinite Disc will give at least 2 discs to each Nibley City resident who registers and plays. An additional competitive tour- nament round will be played at the Ridgeline Disc Golf course following the rec tournament raffle. Disc Golf Registration

Come play in a little shade at our annual Heritage Days Family Festivities, celebration. Excellent food and snacks are available to purchase, you can also expect music, and a fun atmosphere, with freindly competition. The tournament is a Double Elimination Bracket (accepting up to 20 teams total). Guaranteed at least two games, you have win to continue playing.
Registration: $5/person (2 players/team)

*Equipment: a reversible red/blue jersey is included with the registration, if a participant has a Nibley recreation SUPER STARt jersey from last years program registration is Only $25.00. Gym shoes and shin guards are recommended but not required. All other equipment/activity station supplies included.
Registration is open until filled: spots are limited to 36 participants per session (3 sessions). If applicable any registration requests after Feb 8th or when the program is filled will be placed on a waiting list. To be added to the waiting list submit your name to the list with this link: WAITING LIST any available spots will be filled on a first-come-first-serve basis which may not occur until after the Feb 28th session. Any registration processed after the Feb 8th deadline is subject to a $10.00 late fee.
Nibley City Recreation is recruiting Recreation Interns for 2019. Although recruitment for these opportunities is continuous we will be interviewing for the Spring/Summer seasons in December. Under the direction of the Recreation and Community Services Director, ideal candidates will gain valuable experience as they learn industry best practices. This internship offers a wide variety of experience through recreation events and programs as interns help build a happy, healthy, connected community. Schedules can be very flexible and the experience can be customized to meet academic requirements and the interest of the intern. Recruitment is continuous and positions are filled as they become available
