Once the Latin and rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise! This is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Boot Camp:  A combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement. This class is geared to be challenging! Each one hour class will include a warm-up, workout, cool-down, and stretching. We will focus on increasing speed, agility, strength, endurance, and flexibility through a variety of moves.
