Future Land Use Map and Annexation Policy Plan
The Nibley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the proposed Future Land Use Map. The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the proposed Ordinance 18-08: Flag Lot Ordinance. This hearing will be held on August 16, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard and will be held at Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley UT. Proposed Flag Lot Ordinance 

Nibley City is seeking proposals from qualified attorneys or legal firms for municipal legal services.  The deadline for submitting proposals is August 31st at 5:00 p.m. Details of the RFP may be found here.

Irrigation DitchThe canals and secondary irrigation systems in Nibley City are operated by private irrigation companies.  If you have questions or concerns about one of the canals, below is a list of contact persons for each company.

Planning CommisionNibley City is now accepting applications to fill an upcoming vacancy on the Planning Commission.  The appointment will be made by Mayor Dustin, with the advice and consent of the City Council. Compensation for serving on the commission is $51.00 per meeting.

Interested parties may fill out an application and submit it via email to Nibley City's Planner Stephen Nelson at stephen@nibleycity.com, or may fill out an application in person at the Nibley City Office, 455 West 3200 South.
