The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the proposed Ordinance 18-07: Minor Subdivision Ordinance. This hearing will be held on July 19, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard and will be held at Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley UT. Minor Subdivision Ordinance

Notice is hereby given that the Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to consider a proposed Ordinance 18-04: A Proposed Rezone Application for Parcel 03-008-0001, located at approximately 1200 W and 2200 S, to Rezone the Parcel from Agricultural and Residential R-2A to Residential R-2.

This Public Hearing will be held on March 15, 2018 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard. The Public Hearing will be located at Nibley City Hall at 455 W 3200 S.

Sewer CoverNibley City’s sewer rate will increase starting on the utility bill you will receive in April. Residential sewer rates will increase from $42.00 per month to $50.00 per month. Commercial and industrial sewer rates will see a similar increase. The primary reason for this increase is due to rates charged to Nibley City by Logan City for wastewater treatment. Please see the letter below for more details.
