The Nibley City Council will hold four public hearings to receive comment on the following items:

  • Annexation Petition 18-01,  which contains 113.1 acres located south of 3200 South and between 900 West and 1500 West. 
  • The future zoning of the property contained within Annexation Petition 18-01,  which contains 113.1 acres located south of 3200 South and between 900 West and 1500 West. 
  • The proposed Wallentine Subdivision, located at 173 W 4000 S.
  • The proposed Transportation Master Plan Update

When: December 20, 2018, at  6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard

Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley Utah

Sewer CoverNibley City’s sewer rate will increase starting on the utility bill you will receive in April. Residential sewer rates will increase from $42.00 per month to $50.00 per month. Commercial and industrial sewer rates will see a similar increase. The primary reason for this increase is due to rates charged to Nibley City by Logan City for wastewater treatment. Please see the letter below for more details.

Irrigation DitchThe canals and secondary irrigation systems in Nibley City are operated by private irrigation companies.  If you have questions or concerns about one of the canals, below is a list of contact persons for each company.

Notice is hereby given that the Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to consider a proposed Ordinance 18-04: A Proposed Rezone Application for Parcel 03-008-0001, located at approximately 1200 W and 2200 S, to Rezone the Parcel from Agricultural and Residential R-2A to Residential R-2.

This Public Hearing will be held on March 15, 2018 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard. The Public Hearing will be located at Nibley City Hall at 455 W 3200 S.
