Utility Fees:Sprinkler

  • Basic Water Fee - $10.50 + $0.95 / 1,000 gallons use
  • 60 Gallon Trash Container - $11.25
  • 90 Gallon Trash Container - $13.50
  • Sewer - $42.00
  • Residential Storm Water - $6.75
  • 911 Communication Fee - $3.00
  • Blue Recycling Container - $3.00
  • Green Waste Container - $4.00 (optional)

Due Date:

Payments are due on or before the 20th of each month. Penalty fees are applied after the 20th for late payments, as stated in the Utility Agreement. Residents may pay bills online using our Online Bill Pay service.

To obtain utility services from Nibley City you will need to sign up either through our Online Utility Signup or fill out Nibley's Utility Service Agreement. Logan Environmental Department: 435-716-9755-Call if you need garbage and recycling containers.

When you move, you will need to notify the Driver License Division of your new address within 10 days.

The state assigns a $50 fine for non-compliance.

 

Nibley City Green Waste and Cardboard Recycle Site

Nibley City has a green waste and cardboard recycle site that is open free to the public at 3390 S 1200 W. The green waste bins at the site are available each year from late March to late November. We ask you to follow the rule posted on the bins. For more information about refuse and recycle disposal, please click on the links below.

Several federal and state programs are available to assist low-income households with electric, gas, and phone bills. For instance, HEAT (Home Energy Assistance Target) helps eligible households meet the rising costs of home heating. The Weatherization Program is designed to help make homes more energy efficient by providing evaluations, insulation, air sealing, and furnace repairs. HELP (Home Electric Lifeline Program) provides a monthly discount on eligible customers' electric bills. If you think you may qualify for one or more of these programs, click HERE or call (435) 752-7242.

An additional program, UTAP (Utah Telephone Assistance Program), assists with monthly basic local telephone service for low-income customers. For more information about UTAP, visit HERE on the web or call 1-800-948-7540.
