Nibley City is accepting applications for an intern to work with the City Planner on a variety of projects including, but not limited to:
• Helping the Planning and Parks Departments to create conceptual designs for City properties
• Assisting the City Planner in researching and drafting land use policy recommendations
• Preparing annexation documents
• Reviewing current city ordinances and practices and making suggestions for improvements
• Other duties as assigned

This year, Mayor Dustin has selected specific topics that will be the focus of discussion for each month. Feel free to bring your suggestions, observations, and concerns about each topic. However, you are also free to explore with the Mayor (time permitting) other Nibley City related topics that are on your mind. Notice is hereby given that the Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to consider a proposed Ordinance 18-04: A Proposed Rezone Application for Parcel 03-008-0001, located at approximately 1200 W and 2200 S, to Rezone the Parcel from Agricultural and Residential R-2A to Residential R-2.
This Public Hearing will be held on March 15, 2018 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard. The Public Hearing will be located at Nibley City Hall at 455 W 3200 S.
Nibley City’s sewer rate will increase starting on the utility bill you will receive in April. Residential sewer rates will increase from $42.00 per month to $50.00 per month. Commercial and industrial sewer rates will see a similar increase. The primary reason for this increase is due to rates charged to Nibley City by Logan City for wastewater treatment.
